Dhikr and Dua

The daily adhkar (remembrances) and duas (supplications) are the believer's constant protection. They are the foundation of prevention in Islamic healing.

Morning and evening adhkar

The Prophet, peace be upon him, taught his companions to recite specific remembrances after Fajr and after Asr. These adhkar protect from harm, including the evil eye and jinn affliction, and are recommended for every Muslim.

Dhikr during illness

Alongside medical care, the sick are encouraged to increase their dhikr and to ask Allah for healing with the authentic duas taught by the Prophet, peace be upon him.
